Work / Founder, KOL infrastructure

WeKOLnect

KOL spend you can actually audit.

Context

Across 30+ projects at Wevolv3 I kept hearing the same complaint from founders. Creators get paid on follower count, and nobody can tell whether a single post moved a wallet.

The challenge

Build the layer that was missing: a roster of creators a project can trust, and a way to judge each campaign by what happened on-chain. A KOL budget should be as easy to defend as any other line item.

My role

Founder, 2026. I designed the network, the attribution model and the product.

Approach

  • Vet creators before they join, not after the money is spent. A smaller, clean roster beats a big one full of recycled audiences.
  • Judge a campaign by wallet activity. Impressions are what creators sell; wallets are what projects need.
  • Hold the creator's payment in escrow until the work is delivered, so neither side has to trust a screenshot.
  • Start where we already had relationships and few networks reach: LATAM, South Korea and the CIS.

Execution

850+ verified creators onboarded across those three regions. Every campaign leaves an on-chain track record per creator, so a profile is built from results instead of screenshots.

Results
  • A campaign for an established infrastructure project returned 270% ROI.
  • 850+ verified creators across LATAM, South Korea and the CIS.
What I learned

Founders never minded paying creators. What they minded was not knowing what they'd paid for. Put the results on-chain and the old argument about whether KOLs work mostly goes away.

The how stays for the conversation. Let's talk.
