Hands-on community work

Smaller projects, same rule: build something that keeps working after I leave.

KELVPN

A decentralized VPN up against centralized players with far bigger budgets. Outspending them was never an option, so the work was focus and consistency. From 2021 to 2026 I ran the whole marketing operation: a week-by-week editorial and creator calendar for YouTube and TikTok, content, paid ads, AMAs co-hosted with the CEO, partnerships and listening across socials. 474 mentions tracked at 96.4% positive, with engagement that followed each launch phase instead of spiking on announcements.

BounceBit

In 2023 I built the Discord from zero and trained the internal team to run it on their own, so the community didn't depend on me once the contract ended.

Fusionist

I built and ran the ambassador program for a Web3 game in the Endurance ecosystem. Players became a distribution channel instead of a reach bill paid every cycle, and the Discord passed one million members.

Nodesys and The Quantum Watcher

For Nodesys I co-hosted AMAs built to show product depth rather than hype, alongside KOL and community work, and the token got listed on CoinGecko. The Quantum Watcher is a Telegram bot I wrote that posts early alerts on project and market signals.

Telegram sticker packs

11+ packs for communities such as Cellframe, FlamaTech and CoinChef. Members picked them up as everyday vocabulary without being asked, which is the only way a sticker earns its place.

What I learned

Different scale, same rule. Whether it's a program across continents or one bot in one channel, I want it to keep working after I've moved on.

The how stays for the conversation. Let's talk.
