Work / Growth and GTM lead
Token launches and fundraising
$2.75M raised without a big marketing budget.
Context
Two token raises, both with deliberately small marketing budgets: B2B, a project on BNB Chain, and SatsBridge on Fjord Foundry.
The challenge
Raising in crypto is rarely a budget problem. It's an attention and trust problem: build enough conviction inside a community that capital follows, without burning a war chest to get there.
My role
Growth and go-to-market lead for both raises, start to finish.
Approach
- Lead with the community, not paid reach. People who already believe in a project convince better than any ad.
- Give people a story they can repeat in one sentence, so the community does the explaining.
- Coordinate KOLs instead of just paying them, so their posts build on each other instead of competing.
Execution
Positioning, narrative, KOL coordination and the rhythm of the campaign, through both raises. The B2B sale ran for seven days.
- About $2.75M raised in total: roughly $2M for B2B and $750K for SatsBridge.
- B2B hit its hard cap within the seven days and was oversubscribed, so we refunded the excess.
Capital follows conviction, and conviction gets built in the community long before the sale opens. By the end of the B2B raise, the hard part wasn't finding buyers. It was telling some of them no.
The how stays for the conversation. Let's talk.
