Community Intelligence

So a community team can prove what it moved.

Context

Ask a community team who brought in last month's new members and you'll usually get a guess. Same for which ambassadors actually move people, or whether the group is healthier than it was last week.

The challenge

Give the team, and the client paying for it, an answer they can check: who brought whom, and how the community is doing right now.

My role

Product and build, 2026. Built with AI agents working under my direction.

Approach

  • Credit every KOL and ambassador with the members they bring in, and with the ones who stay.
  • Treat silence with care. A quiet week isn't proof that someone failed, and the report never says it is.
  • Give the client a live private report they can open any time, not a monthly PDF that's stale when it lands.

Execution

The platform follows the community as it happens, scores its health, attributes new members to whoever brought them, and publishes a private report link for the client. It runs in English and Portuguese.

Results
  • Activity across the program rose about 2,000% in five days, with the incentives announced up front.
  • Payouts stopped being a debate, because every score comes with the proof behind it.
What I learned

My only regret is not building it sooner. Once people can see who brought whom, the conversation with the client stops being about effort and starts being about results.

The how stays for the conversation. Let's talk.
